New York-based designer, Jamie Books started her line Mason and Books in 2021, with the name of the brand as a tribute to her children, her daughter’s middle name is Mason and MB are her son’s initials. This necklace is meant to represent the “feelings evoked by the true love of a soulmate or mother and child and is inspired by the E.E. Cummings Poem [i carry your heart with me (I carry it in)].
