In their own words

“I’m a seventh-generation jeweler. My family started in the jewelry industry in Yemen. We were the royal court jewelers. There was a King of Yemen at the time. You had two options in my family for a job; you could be a rabbi or a jeweler. Rabbis were supported by the jewelers. My family did both—some were rabbis, some jewelers, and it’s been passed down ever since.”
