“We want them to feel at home. We want everybody to feel like they’re having a fair opportunity and getting cared for in the best way. And we want them to come back forever. We have two goldsmiths, one that’s been on the bench for over fifty years and one apprenticing under him. The fact that you can bring your jewelry in and it’ll never leave the store, no matter what needs to be done, is something people feel very comfortable with.”
