“New stones are always fun, but I love working with heirloom stones because there’s a history behind them, and they mean so much for the family. For example, it’s their grandmother’s ring, and they know it’s not something their fiancé would wear. My job is to give them ideas, guide them about the trends, and learn about their fiancé. It’s important to drive inspiration.”
