“We try to make people feel different from the traditional jewelry store. We pioneered the casual look. We have concrete floors with interesting painted designs. And the first thing you see as you walk into each location is a glass wall with all the jewelers, wax carvers, and CAD modelers working behind it, just inches from where you’re standing. We have a full espresso bar where you’re greeted by a barista who asks how they can help you, offering you a drink to get started.”
